I think the shoes look good.
Personally I didn't even notice until you pointed them out. And then I stared at them deeply like I was trying to stare into their soles (Ha) to figure out what was wrong...
You could practice them some more in your free time, fine tune them, but they fit into your style, not overly complex and not too simple either. Nobody is going to look at them and mistake them for something else. As long as people know what you've drawn- you've succeeded at drawing.
And now that my little speech there has finished, I'm going to go make some waffle batter.
